@karoloandria it’s parodying then Yankees owner George Steinbrenner, who once banned his players from having any facial hair other than a moustache, and also banned mullets I think.
But like so many good Simpsons gags, it’s funny on different levels. I always found this hilarious, but then when I found out it was taking the mickey out of Steinbrenner, it just gains another level of humour!
