Hey guys, I’m Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV with the 411 on how Fox’s hit show, The Simpsons will play homage to the it-movie in Hollywood, by having a whole Twilight-inspired “Treehouse of Horror” episode. A quick image from the episode is out – it’s actually a picture of a new character, very aptly named EDMUND – close enough to the name Edward to see where this is going. Edmund will be voiced not by Robert Pattinson, but by another British mega-star, Daniel Radcliffe. That said, Edmund will be a mysterious new student in Springfield, who catches the attention of Lisa, before she very quickly realizes that he’s a vampire. The pair run away to Dracula-la Land after which Homer sets out to make sure his daughter doesn’t become a vampire herself. This episode looks to be a must-watch, especially with the Twilight reference and Daniel Radcliffe doing the Edmund role. What do you guys think of this one? Lisa points out that the rest of them are so used to processed foods that they could not stomach the nutritiousness of vegetables. As the family sits on the couch, wrapped in blankets, Lisa feeds them dry toast & gently sings them to sleep with the “Hush, Little Baby” song. The next morning, the family is feeling better, eating fried chicken while watching TV. They see Krusty make an endorsement for his “Li’l Starmaker” competition, a children’s American Idol style competition. Bart convinces Lisa to enter because of her beautiful singing voice. At the competition, another child sings a perfect version of “Hush, Little Baby”, the same song Lisa was planning to sing. Lisa starts to panic, but Homer comes to her rescue by going to the nearby music store & writing a song for her to sing. ClevverTV has the full report next. Hello everyone. I’m Joslyn Davis with news on how two of Fox’s biggest hit shows are crossing over to bring us a TV combination unlike any other! The Simpsons kicks of it’s 22nd season this year – probably older than most of you watching, but this show has been around for so long for good reason. It’s always fresh, current, and most importantly funny. So how do show-makers plan to up the anty this year? Well, they’ve called upon their network family members from Glee to make guest star roles on the show. In the first episode clip that’s out rigth now, we see Lisa heading to arts camp, and when she arrives she can’t seem to find anyone. That is until two semi-crazy masked people jump out from one of the cabins. And guess who they just so happen to be – oh no biggie, just Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Amber Riley. Lisa is initially scared of course, but when Lea Michele’s character immediately starts singing things lighten up. What ensues is a great edition of “Good Vibrations.” Immediately the clip turns into a choreographed sequence – ala Glee. The Glee-clubbers guest-starring on the Simpsons will be fellow campers and in true arts camp fashion, You can expect lots of singing, even Lisa is joining in.
